Brown is a colour that connects us with Mother Earth. The Nursery children were filled with enthusiasm and vibrancy as they celebrated Brown Colour Day on 22.11.25 at Sharon Preschool, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere.
The young learners arrived dressed in a variety of brown outfits, adding a special charm to the celebration. The day began with an explanation of the purpose of Brown Colour Day, followed by a session where children were shown different brown-coloured objects and taught their importance. The little ones thoroughly enjoyed the fun, brown-themed activities.
During the colour-mixing activity, the children were amazed to see the magic of mixing red, yellow, and black to create the colour brown. Their excitement and curiosity made the activity even more meaningful.
Creative hands were busy during the ice-cream takeaway activity, where children coloured the cream of the cone brown and added sprinkles to make it look attractive. This engaging task helped enhance their creativity and fine motor skills.
Teachers further captivated the children with an energetic I-Spy activity, encouraging them to explore the classroom and identify brown-coloured objects.
The celebration reached its high point when children opened their lunchboxes filled with various brown-coloured food items, adding fun and flavour to the day.
The Brown Colour Day celebration at the Nursery was a delightful and educational experience, fostering creativity, curiosity, and exploration among our young learners.

Yes it was realy a good activity .. my child realy enjoyed & now she can recognise the colour brown easily.. The ice-cream activity was so joyful she really enjoyed a lot & was realy very happy.. 😊
