Since 1967, we’ve been Mulund’s trusted start to school. With play-based learning, caring teachers, and a focus on language, numbers, and wellbeing, children grow curious, confident, and ready for primary school.

At Sharon Preschool, every child is known, loved, and encouraged to learn through joyful play. For over 50 years in Mulund, we’ve partnered with families to build strong beginnings—early language and numeracy, creativity through art, music, and dance, and the social–emotional skills that help children thrive.

Our classrooms are safe, air-conditioned, and child-friendly with CCTV and digital learning aids. A balanced curriculum, language enrichment (Karadi Path), and Speech & Drama nurture confidence and communication, while parents stay connected through daily updates on our app.

Our Story

Sharon Preschool began in 1967, founded by (Late) Mr. K. T. Philip and (Late) Mrs. Anna Philip, the visionary educators behind Sharon English High School, Mulund. We started with just eight children and the belief that the early years should be joyful, caring, and rich in English-medium learning—one of the first pre-primary schools of its kind in Mulund.

As our community grew, so did we. From our first home at Bhagirathi Niwas (Ganesh Gawde Road), we moved to Upkar CHS (Devidayal Road), and today we welcome families at Siddhi Plaza, RRT Road. During the global Pandemic when we were confined to screens, preschool classes continued in the virtual mode. After the Pandemic we were briefly in a premise near Mulund English School at Chandanbaug Lane. Since June 2025 we are back at our pre-pandemic location at Siddhi Plaza. Through every chapter, Sharon has remained a neighbourhood preschool rooted in warmth, trust, and excellence.

Under the continued guidance of Mrs. Annie Thomas and Mr. Thomas George, we keep pace with advances in early childhood education. Our teachers receive regular training, and our child-centred, play-based approach nurtures language, early numeracy, creativity, and social–emotional wellbeing. Some of our partners in this journey have been Learning Integration For Education (LIFE), Karadi Path, Tata ClassEdge and Parisar Asha. For nearly six decades, we’ve partnered with Mulund families to give children a happy, confident start to school—and to life.

Senior KG: 1:00 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Nursery: Batch I: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

                  Batch II: 12:15 pm to 2:15 pm

Playgroup: 12:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
